MUSICAL MORIARTY THE PATRIOT Op.4 - THE TWO CRIMINALS is the 4th opus of the MORIARTY THE PATRIOT musicals. It was directed by Nishimori Hideyuki.
The musical held shows in Osaka at Shinkabukiza from January 27th to January 29th, 2023 and then in Tokyo at The Galaxy Theatre from February 2nd to February 12th, 2023.
Movements[]
1st Movement: The Knights of London[]
Member of Parliament Adam Whiteley has been becoming popular among the people, advocating for more equality in the country. After hearing of his intentions, William decides to test him and see if he truly stands behind his beliefs.
On the other hand, Charles Augustus Milverton, titled the "Blackmailing King" and who revels in the despair of others, has other plans for Whiteley and his family.
2nd Movement: Sign of Four[]
While Sherlock is still indulging in the mystery of the Lord of Crime, he and Ms. Hudson are suddenly introduced to John's fiancée, Mary Morstan. It turns out it's not just a celebratory meeting, but she has come to seek help from Sherlock about strange pearls she's been receiving.
Although riddled with jealousy and distrust towards John's fiancée, Sherlock agrees nontheless, eager to find out Mary's true motives.
3rd Movement: The Two Criminals[]
With Mary's and John's marriage on the line, Sherlock and John agree to infiltrate Milverton's mansion. William, although tormented by all the blood he's spilled and sins he's commmitted, still plans to kill Milverton as well.
That night, Sherlock realizes he's not the only guest, finally coming face to face with the mystery he's chased and longed for: the Lord of Crime.
