The Case of the Noble Kidnapping[]
Albert James Moriarty visits Mycroft in his office and discusses the establishment of a new government organization with him. As of the time of the discussion however, the government lacked the funding to do so.
After Albert exposes and defeats a new opium ring that had emerged in London and rescues his kidnapped brother William James Moriarty, Mycroft agrees to the establishment of the previously discussed government branch since they were given access to the opium ring's gold possessions. Mycroft suspects the whole incident was calculated and planned, but still founds the branch "MI6" and gives Albert the leading position.
