The Drama CDs (ドラマCD, Dorama CD) are audio-only situational dramas featuring the MORIARTY THE PATRIOT characters. There are two Drama CDs available as purchase bonuses for certain Blu-ray & DVD releases of the anime.
They both cover storylines that were cut in the anime adaptation.

The Hunting of the Baskervilles (バスカヴィル家の狩り, Basukaviru ka no Kari) is a drama CD released on March 26, 2021, as the purchase bonus for the third anime volume.
The drama CD follows the plot of the chapter 10 and chapter 11, where William and his allies deal with a corrupt noble called Baskerville who hunts children for fun.

The Adventure of the One Student (一人の学生, Hitori no Gakusei) is a drama CD released on August 27, 2021, as the purchase bonus for the sixth anime volume.
The drama CD follows the plot of the chapter 31, where Sherlock visits William at Durham University.
